Our Process
Free Needs Analysis
During a commitment-free meeting or workshop we take a deep-dive into the analysis of what you need regarding your development and compliance or safety processes.
Prototype
Whether it’s an optimization plan, a new process, or an entirely new end-to-end development project, we present a prototype of our solution in Codebeamer, incorporating your real-life workflows.
Refinement
After we have established our effective cooperation methods, we refine your needs to make sure we have a common understanding. Fine-tuning of configurations of the Codebeamer template project is mostly completed in this phase.
Implementation
After accepting the prototype, it is implemented, tested, and rolled out in your Codebeamer environment as necessary. Advanced and tailored training will follow.
Continuous Support
Support includes any additional consulting, training, and optimization that you may need to improve adoption of Codebeamer and new processes; we never leave you behind after our implementation unless you specifically ask us to.
